Joni Barlow

Joni Barlow was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where she developed a passion for the legal profession at a young age. Inspired by watching her late great-grandfather who made history as the first African American Magistrate Judge of Coweta County- Joni grew up with a deep respect for justice, leadership, and service. Highly motivated and goal-oriented, Joni is a proven leader with a strong ability to motivate teams, supervise operations, and execute company-driven metrics with precision. She holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, continuously striving to expand her knowledge and impact within the legal field. In her spare time, Joni enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends, cherishing the relationships that support and inspire her journey.
